Abstract
У статті представлено вміння вчитись як ціннісну орієнтацію особистості. Показано розвиток проблеми вміння вчитись в другій половині ХХ століття та його трансформацію в загальнонавчальні уміння і навички.
This article presents the ability to learn how to value orientation of the individual, shows his role in the formation and development of the individual pupils are given in terms of the outstanding teachers of the past to the problem of skills to learn. Particular attention is paid to the development problems of the ability to learn in the second half of the twentieth century. Disclosure of research known Soviet educators and psychologists in the 70's and 80 's of the last century. It was during this period occurred the most intensive study of the problem to learn skills that led to his transformation into general training skills. At the same time set up special training programs in which these skills are seen as a means and the result of education.
