The problem of development of the creative personality during the university studying

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема розвитку творчої особистості студента, вказується на особливостях формування творчості, зазначається на ряді якостей та властивостей, які сприяють розвитку творчості.

This article deals with the problem of student’s artistic personality, substantiates the basic concepts such as «creativity», «creative activity», «creative personality»; focuses on some personality traits that contribute to the development of the creative personality of the student; highlights the characteristics of the process of the formation the activity of students and identifies psychological barriers which thwart progress of creativity; indicates that for the removal of these barriers it is necessary to follow certain guidelines of stimulating creative activity, points to a number of characteristics that define an element of creativity in business; notes a number of qualities and characteristics that contribute to the development of creative personality; outlines the conditions (factors) that affect the flow of creative activity; suggests a number of «commandments» creative personality, which is important for any person.
