Цифровая трансформация общества как цель устойчивого развития

Abstract

(ru) Статья посвящена исследованию цифровой трансформации общества как цели устойчи вого развития, по-новому раскрывающегося в контексте глобальных проблем и вызовов современности. Международные, региональ ные, государственные и негосударственные субъекты политики пришли к тому, что циф ровые технологии могут помочь реализовать цели устойчивого развития. Актуальность темы исследования заклю чается в том, что цифровая трансформация общества влияет на все стороны жизни: ин форматизацию предприятий, государственное управление, подготовку кадров, развитие новой цифровой культуры, появление новых воз можностей, в частности, облачные технологии, Интернет вещей, искусственный интеллект, робототехника, био- и нанотехнологии, разви тие которых может способствовать успешной реализации целей устойчивого развития (ЦУР).

(en) The paper is focused on the study of the digital society transformation as a goal of sustainable development, newly disclosed in the context of global current problems and challenges. International, regional, state and non-state policy participants reached the conclusion as to whether digital technologies are beneficial for the goals of sustainable development. The significance of the research topic is the fact that the digital transformation of society affects every dimension of life: enterprise informatization, state administration, personnel education, new digital culture development, the arrival of new opportunities, in particular Cloud Technology, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, bio- and nanotechnology, the progress of which has the potential to contribute to the successful implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The paper aims to comprehend the theoretical and practical aspects of the study of society’s digital transformation as a goal of sustainable development in the context of global problems and challenges of modernity. Research objectives: 1) to review the place and role of digital technologies and its role in overcoming the pandemic and achieving sustainable development; 2) to identify digital transformation as an innovative way to solve the problems of achieving sustainable development; 3) to analyze the problems of digital divide as a global economic and social problem; 4) to elaborate guidelines for improving the efficiency of innovative systems of digital transformation. Nowadays a series of studies on the connection of digital technologies a nd sustainable development have been conducted, as in fact digital technologies, such as smartphones, Internet, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of things, cloud computing and many others, may contribute to the implementation of the SDGs.
