Abstract

(ru) Актуальность исследуемой проблемы обусловлена тем, что мы все живем в условиях сложно го, взаимосвязанного и взаимозависимого мира, в котором возрастают объемы экспоненционального роста информации, и многие руководители оказываются в условиях стохастичности и неопреде лённости.

(en) Since we all live in a complex interconnected and interdependent world, in which the volumes of the exponential information growth increase; since many leaders realize they are acting under conditions of stochasticity and uncertainty, the relevance of the analyzed problem remains extremely significant. The purpose of the article is to conceptualize the study of digital reality in matters of stochastic ambiguity based on system methodology and computer modeling; to develop a conceptual and categorical apparatus that will benefit to expose digital reality as a social phenomenon and a dynamic process. The principal approach to the problem research is a synergetic methodology, that includes methods of consistency, structuredness, reasoning and makes it credible to unveil the essence of the digital reality analysis as a factor in reaching the stability of society in circumstances of stochasticity, which is an integral process. The article verifies, due to the ability to predict one can avoid mistakes, achieve success, and multiply the prosperity of organizations. The article explains, the synergetic methodology as a methodology of complexity meets the conditions of globalization 4.0, Industry 4.0, technological progress 4.0, digital society, Enlightenment 2.0, Agile management. It is for these complex requirements a synergistic complexity methodology can be applied. The materials of the article are of practical value for experts, scientists, leaders, because both society, the state, and international partners, and future generations will benefit from the implementation of expertise to produce sustainable increase. The practical significance of the article regards solving the problems of acquiring a concept for the digital reality analysis as a factor in reaching efficiency and sustainability of society in circumstances of stochasticity, allowing one to form national, regional, local, and other indicators of sustainability and contribute to defeating the crisis. All indicators listed may be manifested in absolute and relative dimensions, including indicators of the social sphere, i.e., the health status, quality of life, social activity, demographic and other indicators.
