Abstract
(ua) У статті розкрито організаційні та змістові аспекти становлення професійної підготовки вчителів Україні у 20-х роках XX століття. З’ясовано, що мета і зміст підготовки майбутніх учителів у цей період визначався соціокультурними, економічними та суспільно-політичними чинниками детермінантами розвитку суспільства. Постійно велися пошуки нових форм та методів, створення інноваційних технологій підготовки вчителів, що в цілому привело до вдосконалення всієї системи підготовки педагогічних кадрів.
(en) The article reveals the organizational and semantic aspects of the formation of professional training of teachers in Ukraine in the 20s of the XX century. It was found that the purpose and content of training future teachers in this period was determined by socio-cultural, economic and socio-political factors determining the development of society. Іn the 1920s, the most important components of the training of national teachers were formed. Intensive formation and development of the system of higher pedagogical education begins in Ukraine. There were serious discussions about the model of which higher education institution Ukraine should focus on when creating its national system of higher education. During this period, for the first time, the task was set to provide teachers with access to a healing source of science – university education, while bringing university science closer to the countryside – to open a university in every city of Ukraine. There was a constant search for new forms and methods, the creation of innovative technologies for teacher training, which in general led to the improvement of the entire system of teacher training. In those days there was no need for an objective analysis of the experience of the development of the system of teacher training. But it is for this time is characterized by the beginning of the formation of a new teaching intelligentsia. The 1920s were a time of rapid development of Ukrainian culture and education, a period of national renaissance. It was found that the purpose and content of training future teachers in this period was determined by socio-cultural, economic and socio-political factors determining the development of society. In the 1920s, the most important components of national teacher training were formed. There was a constant search for new forms and methods, the creation of innovative technologies for teacher training, which in general led to the improvement of the entire system of teacher training.
