Виховна компетентність майбутнього педагога: зміст та структура

Abstract

(uk) Стаття присвячена проблемі формування виховної компетентності майбутнього педагога. Запропоновано авторський підхід до трактування поняття «виховна компетентність майбутнього педагога». Розкрито зміст структурних компонентів виховної компетентності майбутнього педагога з урахуванням вимог до організації та здійснення виховання учнів в новій українській школі.

(ru) Статья посвящена проблеме формирования воспитательной компетентности будущего педагога. Предложен авторский подход к трактовке понятия «воспитательная компетентность будущего педагога». Раскрыто содержание структурных компонентов воспитательной компетентности будущего педагога с учетом требований к организации и осуществления воспитания учащихся в новой украинской школе.

(en) The article is devoted to the problem of future teacher’s educational competence formation. It has been substantiated that the educational competence of the future teacher is an integrative personality and activity quality, which has been formed in the process of competence-oriented professional education and provides their theoretical and practical readiness and ability to effectively implement the upbringing function of pedagogical activity in the wholesome educational process, being aware of and successfully solve typical and problematic situations arising in the upbringing activity. Future teacher’s educational competence is considered as a dynamic characteristic of one’s personal and professional formation, which reflects on the one hand a level, effectiveness, mobility of general, psychological and pedagogical and special knowledge, skills, abilities that allow to carry out upbringing activity productively, to act independently and responsibly, creating favorable conditions for student’ development, and on the other hand, the set of one’s personal and professional qualities, properties, needs, values, motives that are needed to carry out upbringing activity based on a humane-value attitude to the personality of the student and contribute to personal and professional self-development. Considering the outlined problem, it has been emphasized that educational competence is a systemic characteristic of a future teacher with a wide range of components. It has been substantiated that the most essential components of the future teacher's educational competence are: the personal, the axiological, the cognitive, the activity-procedural. The content of the educational competence defined components has been outlined regarding to the requirements for the New Ukrainian School teacher’s upbringing activity.
