Тьюторська компетентність як складова професійної компетентності майбутнього викладача закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

(uk) Стаття присвячена проблемі формування тьюторської компетентності майбутніх викладачів закладів вищої освіти. Уточнено сутність таких понять як «викладач-тьютор», «тьюторська діяльність викладача», «тьюторська компетентність викладача», як складова професійної компетентності. На основі аналізу психолого-педагогічної літератури обґрунтовується зміст поняття тьюторська компетентність майбутнього викладача закладів вищої освіти.

(ru) Статья посвящена проблеме формирования тьюторской компетентности будущих преподавателей высших учебных заведений. Раскрыто сущность таких понятий как «преподаватель-тьютор», «тьюторская деятельность преподавателя», «тьюторская компетентность преподавателя», как составляющая профессиональной компетентности. На основе анализа психолого-педагогической литературы обосновывается содержание понятия тьюторские компетентность будущего преподавателя высших учебных заведений.

(en) The article is devoted to the problem of formation of tutor competence of future teachers of institutions of higher education. It is determined that the relevance of the research leads to a contradiction between the need for the tutor's support of the individual educational program of future specialists in higher education institutions and the lack of targeted training of future teachers for the implementation of tutoring activities and the low level of tutoring competence. The essence of such concepts is specified the tutor's activity of the teacher, tutor competence of the teacher, as a component of professional competence. It was found out that tutor activity is considered as pedagogical activity of the teacher, which is characterized by the subject-subject interaction of teachers and students, aimed at building an individual educational trajectory, personal and professional development, including mentoring, support, support, facilitation, consulting, designing life and professional strategies, building an adequate program for implementing an individual educational trajectory. On the basis of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the essence of the tutor competence of future teachers of higher education institutions as the integrative quality of the teacher's personality, which involves the formation of professional and personal qualities, abilities and knowledge that allows carrying out tutoring activities, includes mentorship, support, facilitation, counseling, directed for the support of the participants in the educational process, the readiness for the subject-subject interaction in the institution of higher education, and implements in practice with the adequacy of the formation of an individual educational trajectory, aimed at the development of the essential forces and abilities of the student. includes designing life and professional strategies. A perspective field of further scientific work may be the justification of the structure and organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the tutor competence of future teachers of higher education institutions.
