Abstract
(uk) Стандартизація вимог до професійної підготовки вчителя початкових класів передбачає навчання, професійний розвиток і основні функції відповідно до умінь планувати й реалізовувати освітній процес, створювати освітнє середовище, саморозвиватися та рефлексувати, проводити педагогічні дослідження, оцінювати й узагальнювати результати власної роботи та діяльності колег, мати достатню методичну підготовку. У статті розкрито прийоми досягнення зазначених завдань шляхом вивчення педагогічних творів Василя Сухомлинського, наведено методичні прийоми та форми роботи зі студентами з метою формування трудових функцій, зазначених у професійному стандарті вчителя початкових класів.
(ru) Стандартизация требований к профессиональной подготовке учителя начальных классов включает в себя обучение, профессиональное развитие учителя и основные функции относительно умений планировать и реализовывать учебный процесс, создавать образовательную среду, саморазвиваться и рефлексировать, проводить педагогические исследования, оценивать и обобщать результаты собственной работы и деятельности коллег, иметь достаточную методическую подготовку. В статье раскрыты приемы достижения указанных задач путем изучения педагогических сочинений Василия Сухомлинского, определены методические приемы и формы работы со студентами с целью формирования трудовых функций, указанных в профессиональном стандарте учителя начальных классов.
(en) Standardization of requirements to professional preparation of teacher for elementary school, professional development and basic functions, in accordance with abilities to plan and realize an educational process, create an educational environment, develop yourself and to engage in reflection, to conduct pedagogical researches, estimate and summarize own job and activity of colleagues performances, have sufficient methodical preparation. In the article the receptions of achievement of the noted tasks are exposed by studying of pedagogical Sukhomlinsky’s texts. Future teachers compare the thoughts of the great teacher with the present, read his tales and make conversations for students according to their content. The method of debate is used to develop the analytical and communicative abilities of future teachers. Students learn the experience of the school principal in working with colleagues and parents of children. During practice, the school compares the modern dialogue between the teacher and his parents from readings in Sukhomlinsky, conducts analogies and writes essay. Students visit the museum and school in Pavlysh, get acquainted with the manuscripts of Sukhomlinsky about the analysis of the lessons learned and understand the need for a teacher’s professional training. The enormous potential of nature and labor, their influence on the emotional sphere of children is described in the writings of Sukhomlinsky. The professional qualities of the elementary school teacher are allegedly written off from the reflections of the great teacher, who was an example of a persistent and self-critical teacher, a good mentor, a scientist, researcher, educator, psychologist and humanist. The values of Sukhomlinsky’s pedagogy concern students through dialogue and thoughtful analysis of texts. The new Ukrainian school is based on childhood centering, which was also formulated by Sukhomlinsky. Students in the work of the teacher study the concept of «school-family», where young students are interesting and comfortable, where there is faith in their strength and abilities. Described in the article and the impotence of the use of interactive exercises in order to comprehensively illuminate the awareness of the vision of his vocation described by the teacher during the analysis of the work «100 advice to the Teacher». Students work out the chosen counsel and prove its present or outdated nature.
