Abstract
(ua) У статті проаналізовано одну із ефективних форм роботи, що сприяла успішному формуванню професійної толерантності майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва – семінар-тренінг «Толерантні та інтолерантні стосунки». Розглянуто різні стратегії стилів поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях.
(ru) В статье осуществлен феноменологический анализ понятия «профессиональная толерантность». Дается анализ одной из эффективных форм работы, которая способствовала успешному формированию профессиональной толерантности будущего учителя музыкального искусства – семинар-тренинг «Толерантные и интолерантные отношения». Рассмотрены различные стратегии стилей поведения в конфликтных ситуациях.
(en) The article analyzes the phenomenon of «professional tolerance of the future teacher of musical art». An analysis of one of the effective forms of work that contributed to the successful formation of the professional tolerance of the future teacher of musical art - a seminar-training «Tolerant and Intolerance Relations». Different strategies of styles of behavior in conflict situations are considered. It was noted that conflicts are the norm in life, and sometimes a harbinger of changes not only in the negative, but also in the positive direction. The named forms of tolerant and intolerant characteristics of the future teacher of musical art in the form of a table, where for each appropriate quality was used a presentation with a ratio to their chosen profession. It is noted that the prerequisite for overcoming the conflict is the pedagogical cycle, the ability to smooth conflict situations in the educational process. In the article on the example of practical solution of conflict situations, an algorithm for the researches of V. Boyk and M. Kovalva was proposed, which singles out the main ways of solving such situations. It is noted that the process of preparation of students from this position should be a synthesis of specialized professional competencies based on the principles of tolerance.
