Прогностична модель підготовки фахівців індустрії моди

Abstract

(uk) Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі підготовки фахівців, здатних розробляти і запроваджувати прогнозовані технології в індустрії моди. Обґрунтована прогностична модель підготовки фахівців індустрії моди у закладах професійно-технічної освіти, яка повинна забезпечити готовність майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників до провадження професійної діяльності в умовах сучасного та прогнозованого виробництва. Запропонована та апробована прогностична модель підготовки фахівців у професійно-технічних навчальних закладах швейного профілю як система, що, відтворюючи систему професійної підготовки майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників індустрії моди, дає змогу отримувати нову інформацію про її взаємопов’язані структурні елементи, умовно об’єднані в блоки: факторний, цільовий, теоретико-методологічний, змістово-технологічний, результативний.

(ru) Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме подготовки специалистов, способных разрабатывать и внедрять прогнозируемые технологии в индустрии моды. Обоснована прогностическая модель подготовки специалистов индустрии моды в заведениях профессионально-технического образования, которая должна обеспечить готовность будущих квалифицированных рабочих к осуществлению профессиональной деятельности в условиях современного и прогнозируемого производства. Предложена и апробирована прогностическая модель подготовки специалистов в заведениях профессионально-технического образования швейного профиля как система, которая, отображая систему профессиональной подготовки будущих квалифицированных рабочих индустрии моды, дает возможность получать новую информацию о ее взаимосвязанных структурных элементах, условно объединенных в блоки: факторный, целевой, теоретико-методологический, содержательно-технологический, результативный.

(en) The introduction of new materials, equipment and technologies leads to changes in the content of work of fashion industry professionals. This requires the formation of a continuous updating of the content of training specialists in view of the modern and predicted state of development of the industry, which will be a graduate of educational institution. The article is devoted to the actual problem of training specialists who are capable of developing and implementing predicted technologies in the fashion industry. Prognostic model of training of specialists of fashion industry in vocational education establishments, which should ensure readiness of future skilled workers to conduct professional activity in conditions of modern and predicted production, is substantiated. It resulted in building of the prognostic model of training in vocational and technical schools with sewing major in a form a system, that reflects the system of professional training of future skilled workers for sewing industry, and enables new information about its interrelated structural elements consequently organized in certain blocks as follows: factor, target, theoretical and methodological, contents and technology related, productive. The Factor Block contains information on the scenario forecast for the innovative development of the garment industry by the following components: content of work, equipment, materials and technology. Target unit represents information about the purpose of the model's operation. In the theoretical and methodological block, methodological approaches and principles of creation of forecasting models are described. In the contents and technology related block, pedagogical conditions for the training of skilled workers in vocational education institutions with the use of prognostic models are singled out. The effective block contains information about the criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the readiness of students of vocational education establishments of the sewing profile prior to conducting professional activities in the modern and projected production, as well as diagnostic tools. The result of the functioning of the prediction model is the positive dynamics of the formation of readiness of students to conduct their professional activities in the modern and projected production.
