Перспективи розвитку системи словозміни іменників у сучасній українській мові

Abstract

(uk) У статті проаналізовано пропозиції робочої групи Української національної комісії з питань правопису щодо відмінювання іменників, опубліковані в проекті «Українського правопису» (2018), також розглянуто зауваження та пропозиції в указаній сфері, оприлюднені у звіті про громадське обговорення проекту «Українського правопису» в новій редакції, уміщеного на сайті МОН. Крім того, окреслено перспективи розвитку системи словозміни іменників з урахуванням напрацювань у галузі морфологічної парадигматики.

(en) The noun inflection system in the modern Ukrainian language is, on the one hand, comparatively stable, on the other hand – is constantly changing, in particular due to restructuring and unification. Hitherto there has not been introduced any final codification rehabilitation of a number of specific Ukrainian case forms, neglected by the three so-called versions of “The Ukrainian Orthography” (actually by its russification) and only partially renewed by the forth version of 1993. The project of “The Ukrainian Orthography” (2018) as for the noun declension introduces a number of corrections, specifications and comments, extends the number of illustrations, particularly propriates of various classes and subclasses. We are considering their inventory. Insignificant, but prominent changes fall within the plural nouns of the first, third and fourth declension. We have verified new propositions concerning the word change of the second declension nouns mostly. Important in the project of the new version of “The Ukrainian Orthography” are the changed rules of writing the numeral півwith lexemes, which caused disappearance of a vast group of invariable substantives, reversion of the important inflexion -и in the singular word forms of the genitive case of the third and fourth declension in fiction only. Particularization of the rules of using -а (-я) or (and) -у (-ю) in the singular genitive, specification of some vocative word forms of the second declension masculine. The presence of such substantives in the denoted paradigms on the designation of definite dimension objects of variable forms of the singular accusative, which nominally coincides with the genitive. We introduce our own propositions, which have been partially considered by the Ukrainian national commission on the problems of orthography. Besides, define the prospects of the noun inflection system development considering in particular groundworks in the field of morphological paradigmatic.
