Використання інноваційних практик у вищій школі: сутність та управління

Abstract

(uk) У статті проаналізовано інноваційні процеси у закладах вищої освіти, їх регулювання управлінськими механізмами. Аналіз ґрунтується на вивченні соціальної структури, історичному та системному методах пізнання. Здійснена спроба презентації інноваційних практик як соціального феномену сучасності, зумовленого рівнем духовної культури. Обґрунтовані компоненти поліструктурної системи педагогічної інноватики, виокремлені поняття «новація» та «інновація», відстежується тринітарний характер інноваційного процесу, проводиться практична думка щодо культивації за сучасної постмодерності особистісно-орієнтованої педагогічної парадигми. Узагальнені деякі зразки інтеграції в системі «освіта – наука – виробництво – бізнес», висвітлені труднощі комерціалізації інноваційних процесів у інших закладах вищої освіти. Указані деякі модерні тенденції та явища у вищій школі, перспективи підвищення ефективності інноваційних практик та конкурентоспроможності їх продукції на ринку.

(ru) В статье проанализированы инновационные процессы в учреждениях высшего образования, их регулирование управленческими механизмами. Анализ основывается на изучении социальной структуры, историческом и системном методах познания. Осуществлена попытка презентации инновационных практик как социального феномена современности, обусловленного уровнем духовной культуры. Обоснованные компоненты полиструктурной системы педагогической инноватики, выделены понятия «новация» и «инновация», отслеживается тринитарный характер инновационного процесса, утверждается практическое мнение о культивации при современной постмодерности личностно-ориентированной педагогической парадигмы. Обобщенные некоторые образцы интеграции в системе «образование - наука - производство - бизнес", освещены трудности коммерциализации инновационных процессов в других учреждениях высшего образования. Указанные некоторые современные тенденции и явления в высшей школе, перспективы повышения эффективности инновационных практик и конкурентоспособности их продукции на рынке.

(en) The article analyzes the innovative processes in institutions of higher education, their regulationby managerial mechanisms. In higher education institutions of the country, educational practices are still being cultivated, technologies of which aim at mastering students' subject knowledge, neglecting the dominant formation of professional skills and abilities. A system for assessing the effectiveness of learning was also developed in accordance with that practice, due to the verification of only subject knowledge, leaving out of theattention of the examination of skills and competences, demonstration of which is possible in practice outside the HEI. Instead, it has been proved that mastering only knowledge allows the graduate to solve relatively simple tasks within the scope of the subject approach. Concerning the same production problems, complicated by economic, social, psychological and other problems, then qualitative performance of them is not always effective even for the graduate-excellent student who needs additional years of study to find the correct algorithm of his own professional success. Such a situation threatens the future reorientation of all spheres of industrial activity in the country to use innovative development sources, including the training of specialists for whom the implementation of innovativefunctions will increasingly become one of the main professional tasks. From here, the requirement for training in the HEI of innovative activity, both those who study and those who teaches, is evident. The analysis is based on the study of social structure, historical and systematic methods of cognition. An attempt has been made to present innovative practices as a social phenomenon of the day due to the level of spiritual culture. The components of the polystructural system of pedagogical innovations are substantiated, the notions of "novation" and "innovation" are singled out, the trinitarian character of the innovation process is monitored, the practical idea of cultivating a modern personality-oriented pedagogical paradigm is carried out. Some examples of integration in the system "education -science -production -business" are generalized, difficulties of commercialization of innovative processes in other institutions of higher education are highlighted. Some modern trends and phenomena in high school are outlined, prospects for improving the efficiency of innovative practices and the competitiveness of their products on the market.
