Theoretical basis of concertmaster preparation of future teachers of music art

Abstract
(uk) У статті розглянута актуальна проблема підготовки майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва до роботи концертмейстера в загальноосвітній школі. Висвітлено теоретичні основи концертмейстерської підготовки студентів мистецьких факультетів педагогічних університетів, здійснено аналіз науково-методичних досліджень у цій галузі. Ключові слова: інструментально-виконавська підготовка, концертмейстерська діяльність, майбутній вчитель музичного мистецтва, мистецький факультет, оптимізація навчального процесу, педагог-музикант.
(ru) В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема подготовки будущего учителя музыки к работе концертмейстера в общеобразовательной школе. Освещаются теоретические основы концертмейстерской подготовки студентов факультетов искусств педагогических университетов, сделан анализ научно-методических исследований в этой области.
(en) The article deals with the actual problem of a future music teacher training to work as a concertmaster in a secondary school. The theoretical basis of a concertmaster training of students of art faculties at pedagogical universities as well as the analysis of scientific and methodological research in this area are given in this article. The improving of the process of a future music teacher’s training means the implementation of new up-to-date approaches and methods into the system of training at art faculties. The issue of the professional activity of a music teacher is within the framework of the problems which pedagogical science is solving today. The level of education and spiritual culture of students largely depends on a modern music teacher, if he takes into account the requirements set before him by society, by the advanced theory and practice of pedagogical education. Despite a wide range of research in the field of instrumental and performance training of students at musical and pedagogical universities, the problem is still relevant how to make future music teachers ready for concertmaster practice. The analysis of scientific and methodological research and the generalization of practical experience in instrumental and performance classes at art faculties shows that there are still problems in this area which need a scientific approach to solve them. The actual problem of training the readiness for concertmaster activity among future teachers of music in a secondary school is shown in the article. It deals with the theoretical basis of a concertmaster training of students at art schools, pedagogical universities, analyzes the scientific and methodological research in this field. The need to improve the system of students’ concertmaster training at Art Schools gives the prospect of further study of the problem, which is directed to the removal of the discrepancy between the principles of concertmaster training of future teachers at the institutions of higher education and the content of their practice at school.
