Проблеми жіночої емансипації у творах Володимира Винниченка

Abstract

(uk) Жіночі образи-характери драматичних творів є своєрідним відображенням прихованих порухів душі і бажань письменника, другою частиною його єства. Жіночі образи, розглянуті в контексті літератури того часу, дають змогу дати високу оцінку спостережливості і прозорливості автора-чоловіка, що зумів надзвичайно точно і психологічно тонко передати найтонші порухи жіночої душі.

(en) The article is devoted to the women’s question in V. Vynnychenko’s plays according to the gender point of view. Female characters can be observed in all works of Vol odymyr Vynnychenko. They have the considerable semantic meaning and are shown in dynamics as the author studies the process of the development of their characters and their life position. I n addition, the plays of V. Vynnychenko had epochal value as they changed the picture of withstand norms of conduct and moral values. Interesting from point of the researcher is a problem of female characters in works of V. Vynnychenko. Exactly this problem absorbed all the basic lines, advantages and defects, as well as persuasions, moments of happiness and tragedies of the author himself . Working on the turn of two centuries V. Vynnychenko became one of not so numerous male writers who tried to have a look into the depths of a female soul. V. Vynnychenko examines female patriarchal consciousness as a condition when natural aspiration is suppressed by public convention. The problem of female emancipation in V. Vynnychenko’s works is only partly solved in favour of the representatives of weaker gender. A woman tries to puzzle the society by certain acts. But at first, these actions do not always coincide with her desires and that is why it brings to the internal disharmony and at second, the society does not enable her to be at the same time a mother and a personality. At last women are dependent upon men according to the social rules.
