(en) In search of ways to transfer valuable spiritual experience of generations, concentrated in music, particularly relevant is the interpretation of the experience of music education in Ukraine in General and in its individual regions. The author of the article had the aim to analyze the activity of specialized educational institutions Elisavetgrad for example, private music schools A. Malinovskogo and G. Neuhaus and to determine their role in the development of piano music in the indicated region. analyzes the methods and forms of work of teachers, teaching repertoire and comes to the conclusion that with the opening of the first private music schools began a new stage in the development of musical education in the region - the stage of laying the foundations of musical and professional skills. With the opening of the first private music schools, which laid the foundations of professional musical skill, began a new phase in the development of musical education in Elisavetgrad. He indicated with professional musical education personnel, who not only contributed to the rise in the General level of musical education in the region, but also influenced the development of the Soviet and world musical art.
